We negotiate. You approve.
Concierge-negotiated transactions. Our concierge negotiates the down payment and terms on the owner's behalf — every offer is presented to the owner for written approval before it moves. Exotic Xchange retains a percentage of the down payment as our brokerage fee for structuring, marketing, and closing the deal.

Every deal is KYC-vetted.
Buyers and sellers pass our in-house KYC before a key ever changes hands: live face-recognition match, government-issued photo ID, and Social Security verification for identity confirmation only. Members and applicants are cross-checked against sanctions and fraud databases.

No credit checks. Ever.
We do not pull credit. Your FICO stays untouched whether you're applying to rent, subscribe, assume a lease, or list your car. We vet character and identity — not credit files.

The questions we hear most from owners considering the Lease Xchange. Short version: you don't chase customers, we do — and we back it with GPS, escrow, and a hard 2-day grace period.
Owner protection
2-day grace period. Then repossession.
If a customer misses a payment, you don't have to lift a finger. On day two we attempt secondary payment; on day three our recovery team collects the vehicle at our cost. Every car is GPS-tracked and title-encumbered — hiding it isn't an option. You keep every payment already made.

Repossession executed
- You're covered. Every customer signs a payment agreement with a strict 2-day grace period. If a payment isn't in by the end of day two, we notify the customer and dispatch our recovery team. The car is repossessed on our dime — not yours — and returned to you or re-listed at your option.
